A massive rat lived in the apartment and demanded Cassius bring him fresh meat. The rat implied that they killed the previous tenant and would not hesitate to kill us as well. It was not in a necessarily nice area of the city. The group never cleaned or decorated the apartment so it was a pretty miserable place to stay.
