Pleione “Plio”

A water genasi cleric, Plio was found as an infant washed ashore near the Sanctiforge and raised in a devout orphanage. From the beginning, she was taught that her life was a gift from the Founder, spared so she might serve His light.

Plio tends to see the good in everyone. Her joy and optimism are unwavering, though in her private reflections she has begun to ponder troubling thoughts: that true devotion only exists when chosen freely, not enforced by the Empire. She fears this line of thinking is dangerous, even heretical, but quietly suspects the Empire has tainted the Founder’s vision. Still, she places her devotion to the Founder above all else, and considers her posting in Cindralis as a sacred opportunity to prove her faith.

Corven Valantis

Previously a member of a noble house of Conscriptus, Corven Valantis was dishonorably discharged and exiled to Cindralis. Tall, grim, and sardonic. Corven appears to take pleasure in creating small moments of chaos wherever he can.

When faced with the inevitability of his own eventual execution in the Pyre, as is the norm in Cindralis, Corven showed little hesitation in joining the resistance.

Haru “Ox”

Quiet and watchful, Haru carries his past on his skin in the form of countless scars. He seldom speaks of himself, keeping his history and intentions close. It is known only that he has come to Cindralis in search of an unnamed charge for whom he feels responsible.

In trials, Haru’s determination and strength was unquestionable. Though he offers few words, his presence carries weight.
