Impression
The Admiral embodies the standards she enforces: exacting, uncompromising, and disciplined to an edge few can tolerate. One of my earliest memories is the day she placed the Meridian Blade into my hands, far too heavy for a child, and informed me that mastery begins with burden.
I have modeled myself against her expectations for so long that I no longer distinguish where her influence ends and my own ambition begins. She listens only to Father without reservation. No one else earns that privilege.
Recently, her tone toward me has shifted. Hints of pride. Projections of a future I had not imagined she would ever articulate. These remarks have unsettled me more than they should.
Known Record
My mother is the middle daughter of Prophet Xalithea, born of Magnus the Unyielding. Similar lineage to Marceline Valantis, while her other three sisters share different fathers. She rose through the ranks of the Black Armada, attaining the post of Vice Admiral. Her role in the FETC’s Karsus campaign was central to a strategy that halted the projected world-ending catastrophe. She is also known for her marriage to my father, who is her swornblade. An act considered unusual among Xalithea’s daughters, who traditionally do not formalize such bonds.
