Impression
Celeste has always carried herself quieter. Steady, observant, and unhurried. She was spared the intensity of my upbringing, though she seems convinced I overromanticize her childhood. Perhaps she is right. I can see the strain of the new expectations on her, even if she hides it well. She is capable and applies herself to a role she was pressed into, though I once wished she could have lived a life not shaped by duty.
